Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77j Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77j will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 77j support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.4 Withdrawal to Same Method
For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. 77j does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or unverified payment methods.
3.5 Currency
All transactions on the 77j platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 77j does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.
Important: 77j will never charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider are outside 77j's control and are your responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77j are subject to these general Terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each promotion and must be completed within any stated validity period. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in the bonus balance being removed.
4.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to players who:

4.5 Loyalty Program

Loyalty Points are earned on eligible real-money wagers and cannot be earned on bonus bets. 77j reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program structure, point values, or tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 77j platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming.
5.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error on the 77j platform, 77j reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Winnings paid in error — including those resulting from obvious odds mistakes on cricket or other sports markets — may be reclaimed. 77j will not be liable for losses resulting from platform errors where the error was not reasonably foreseeable by the player.
5.3 Void Bets
77j may void a bet where: (a) the market was settled based on incorrect information; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned and a result could not be determined; (c) the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or (d) 77j determines that the bet was placed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms.
5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on the 77j platform:
  • Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of algorithmic wagering tool.
  • Arbitrage betting intended to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price differences.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Exclusion

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your 77j account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeframe. Any bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by 77j
77j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) failure to pass identity verification; (d) abusive behaviour directed at 77j staff or other players; (e) provision of false registration information; or (f) any other conduct that 77j reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform or its users.
7.3 Balance on Closure
Where a player account is closed by 77j due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. 77j will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are automatically forfeited upon account closure regardless of cause.
Warning: Attempting to circumvent a suspension by opening a new account, or by using another person's account, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent banning across all 77j platforms and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77j platform — including but not limited to the 77j brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of 77j or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77j platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 77j platform or its content without the prior written consent of 77j. 77j's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of 77j's right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
